Simply fill and bake, no braiding required! The soft silicone medium size Challah mould pan helps you bake Challah easily and gets you that perfect shape. How to use Challah moulds: 1- Preheat oven to 375'. 2- Prepare challah dough. 3- Spray inside of challah mould with non-stick baking spray. 4- Place raw dough into Challah mould. *NOTE: The dough should fill the challah mould halfway. 5- Cover open end of challah mould with a moist cloth, allow to rise for 1 hour in Challah mould. 6- Remove cloth and place Challah mould in preheated oven with open end facing UP. 7- Remove Challah from Challah mould 10 minutes before the Challah is completely baked and place on flat pan. 8- Brush on egg for a glossy finish. 9 -Return to oven for the remaining time. This item is also available in a smaller size and as individual buns. Choose your favourite mould from a variety of lovely styles available to suit your taste.
